YES   Power of the purse strings can be strong leverage.  Yet those states may want the publicity to keep their blue followers in the loop.  On the leash.   Do you have a favorite issue, (beyond immigration crisis)?

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Good then Trump can cut federal spending,see how that works out for them. It's time the state quit telling the Government how it's going to be run.
