You need only upload an image ONCE. Once it is uploaded to the image gallery you can use it anywhere.
When posting a message you click on the You can experiment with all the various icons at the top of the post messge page over in the Demo Forum. . |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Oh I did that ok  The problem I had was that when I tried transferring it from there to the message all I did was duplicate the entry in the Image section and my message section remained blank!
