Thanks Joe, I see your right [of course ] I'll try to do better next time...I really like that Notebook thingy, a new discovery and my new toy!
On another subject, I have to admit that I'm begining to feel as though I'm swimming upstream with not much help. I have no idea really in terms of what to expect for growth from a new forum. From your experience do you think this is on track, or am I beating a dead horse? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Barry, I looked at your news item about the health care rally. The item has a ton of stuff that should be removed via an edit of the page. It appears you or someone just pasted the contents of a web page or email into a news item. This brings along all sorts of extraneous stuff that should be edited out. The facebook link, any number of useless links near the bottom, etc. Unless you are prepared to edit this stuff extensively, you should always use the paste as plain text icon when pasting into a news item, or feature, or mesaage.... or copy the web page and then paste it into Notepad, do any necessary editing, and then copy and paste from Notepad. |
