I just posted Click Here in FF with some links that happened to be book titles.  As usual I typed the book title and then linked the title.  When the message posted the book title was gone and the link was comprised of the words "click here."  What the...??

(I hurriedly went back and retyped the titles ahead of "click here" as non-linked words.)
