What are your thoughts on a new FF user who has uploaded better part of a hundred photos but has not posted a single message?

We had a guy years ago on FF who also posted lots of photos and never posted messages.  I posted a couple friendly message messages inviting him to post on the message board but he never did.  After a few years I deleted his images.

Can members post their forum images on other sites?  Can they be hot-linked?  I've never tried, but I'm wondering if this new user is thinking we are a storage site.
