To heck with the month. Where has this year gone.
I hope you have good sales at this craft fair. I use to love to go to the craft fairs. But I haven't been to one in years. I always had good sales when I was in a craft fair. Patricia goes to the with Jackie sometimes. You sound like you have been very busy. The weather last week was in the 90's and this week we are in the 70's. We are just getting light rain from the storm. Ryan has been gone for a week. He was in Florida but now he headed to Ashville, NC. He thinks they will be gone for another two weeks. Jackie is doing fine. They are coming back from Florida. They went to her sister inlaws for a week. They should be getting home in about 1 1/2 hours. She may be going back to work in the next couple of weeks. Well it's time to eat here so I'll be waiting to hear how you did. Stay safe. Kyra |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Where did the month go?? I can’t believe it has been so long since you wrote. I’m sorry for the delay. It has been very busy here. I’ve been working my fingers off making things for the show. The ornaments will get done tomorrow after I get home from work. Damon’s going to running an open mic at The Well coffee house in Alpine tomorrow night so I can be uninterrupted. I have made some Halloween earrings for the craft fair, cute and light to wear. Have another couple of scarves to make but that’s not hard to do. How’s Jackie doing? Does sound like she’s doing well. I’m sure Ryan will be doing storm repair after Helene goes through. That’s going to hit a lot of areas hard. I’m just thankful you’re not in Florida with those hurricanes. I Worried ever season when my friend Nan was alive and living in Florida up in Mims by the space center. We are getting some cooler weather now but it’ll be fluctuating for a month or so till it settles into nice weather. Time for dinner. Damon smoked some chicken leg quarters, made some coleslaw and mashed potatoes. Have a good rest of your evening and I’ll let you know how I do tomorrow night with the ornament. hugs, Colleen |
