Thanks for letting me know about the glue. That will help with getting the ribbon to stick. I don't think Elmer's would stick either. The deer are very pretty. I think a ribbon around their necks would give them a real holiday feel. I'll let you know how it works out for me putting the ribbon around the ornaments.
I'm sure Lexi is very happy to be going to school. She's a real social one so getting together with her classmates will be the highlight of her day along with learning things. Those gnomes will be very cute when you're done with them and the lambs should be fun too. I actually found some Halloween themed beads that I will make into earrings to sell in October. Found out the dates and the one in October is the 5th and the one in December is the 14th. Hopefully good weather will be happening on those two days. Thanks for sharing with me. I will have fun with everything for sure1 Do hope that Jackie, Katie and the family enjoys your Chow Mein. It will be a nice treat for them. Praying for Jackie to have a good recovery. Happy that she's already having relief from the pain. Going to get in my comfy robe and do some knitting before I go to bed. I have lots of colors to choose from now Hugs, Colleen |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Yes you can use hot glue on the resin. Any glue will work but I don't think Elmer's would stick to it. We use E6000 and 2 part epoxy glue works too. I found the hangers on Amazon. I think the deer are nice too. Hope you have fun with it all. Lexi had her first day a school yesterday and now she won't go back until Friday. She is happy and ready to go. Right now I'm painting some more gnomes. I also found some patterns for some cute holloween lamps. Don't worry about the postage. I enjoy sharing with you. So have fun. Well I have to go finish fixing my Chow Mein so I can send some home with Lexi tonight. Jackie had her back surgery and is staying at Katies. So I'm fixing supper the them tonight. Have fun and enjoy. Kyra |
