A "poor" person who is receiving any type of assistance from either the Federal or State government will have a case worker who  would be happy to expedite the securing of the necessary documents to get a voter ID.  Being poor is NOT a valid excuse!

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Stop the nonsense. Odds are the really poor person has a mobile phone, cable TV, and zero desire to vote. Also, odds are a REALLY poor person can seek assistance to obtain a birth certificate free.
