A big conflict of interest has now been found, against Judge John "Jack" McConnell, the judge who blocked Trump's federal spending freeze.  

Records show that McConnell is serving on the Board of Directors for the non-profit NGO Crossroads Rhode Island, where he was previously the Chairman of the Board.  This non-profit received $128M in government funding during his 18-year board tenure.  And in 2023 the organization received $18.6 million in govt funding.   Federal law requires judges to recuse themselves when their impartiality might be questioned, which he did not reveal when hearing the case.

Thus preparations are under way to impeach McConnell.

Seems an atrocious example requiring at least discipline from a judicial ethics panel, and likely Impeachment & retirement, for this high stakes case involving the judge's bias in a case of national interest involving $$$$$ millions of bucks.
