Activism should not come from the bench.    YES  The courts are expected to be impartial arbiters.  And judges should be recused when failing, or for repeated patterns should be impeached & retired.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I agree there is judicial bias, no question.  Activism should not come from the bench.
