I agree there is judicial bias, no question. Activism should not come from the bench. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Federal judges have come into the spotlight, With the lawfare activities begun during the last 4 years many conservatives have been critical of judges. And during the current year there's also been causes for concern over federal judges. Now reports are coming where Rasmussen polling has been finding that the majority view is critical of federal judges. Headlines: Majority of Americans believe federal judges abusing their power is a 'threat to democracy:' Click Here Many Think Federal Judges Are Abusing Their Authority Click Here The latest Rasmussen survey finds that 56% of likely U.S. voters agree with Arizona Rep. Eli Crane’s statement: “Partisan judges abusing their positions is a threat to democracy.” Crane made the comment when announcing that he was drafting articles of impeachment against a federal judge who blocked DOGE from accessing the Treasury Department records. Press secretary Karoline Leavitt said "We believe these judges are acting as judicial activists rather than honest arbiters of the law. And they have issued at least 12 injunctions against this administration in the past 14 days, often without citing any evidence or grounds for their lawsuits." Click Here In a recent case, Judge Ana Reyes, a Biden appointee, obviously was biased when she said from the bench: Trump’s executive order asserting there are only two genders is “not biologically correct.” Click Here Yet there are some federal judges who appear unbiased. Yesterday an Obama appointed Judge Tanya Chutkan allowed DOGE to access 7 more federal departments. And the constitution has allowed such audit reviews and waste eliminating activities by many presidents, including Obama, Clinton, Reagan, etc. What do you folks think about judicial bias against Trump & Elon?? I'd agree with those 56% in the Rasmussen poll -- too much judicial bias these days. |
