Who cares if China sells EV around the world. I care about the US. Our economy can be great without China. All we have to do is go back to producing our own products.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Today's headlines uphold your comment  that the CHEAP EVs will not be getting into the US in any significant numbers.  There's going to be a 100 percent tariff levied. A tacit admission that the US cannot compete with China. Those China EVs will sell around the world and we sit here feeling smug.
