Don't forget China's mis-calculation, hugely overproducing their EVs, piling up all over the place.   Among many factors explained by the You Tube posted here earlier, explaining those excess vehicles piling up.    Multiple factors, power cost being one more.   Perhaps its extreme or out of context  to be alleging "only," considering the earlier postings, photos & video analysis discussed earlier.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Oh. Thanks for explaining that China is a global manufacturing powerhouse only because it uses coal power plants.  Do people actually buy this nonsense?
