YES The doors as well as the windows work electrically. So they can stop working. Nerve wracking
Consumer Reports now says the EV's have the worst service records for defective parts, beyond just the battery & fire problems. The worst two problems I've heard are: Steering wheel coming off while driving --Tesla; and wheel lug nuts working themselves loose, making wheels come off -- Toyota EV.. Click Here Also, there's the issue of charging stations out of service -- as many as half or 70% of charging stations not working in some published studies. Tesla "spontaneously caught fire" |
