Okay--how come I was not able to see tempate to upload features when I was logged out? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Found the problem. Will update soon. Same situation was on images and news. As it was any logged in user could upload regardless of the admin settings controlling it. The default setting is actually to allow users to upload all three. |
