Found the problem. Will update soon. Same situation was on images and news. As it was any logged in user could upload regardless of the admin settings controlling it. The default setting is actually to allow users to upload all three. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: A member on MEF said she clicked on features and found a template to upload features. She has no flags, and I have the option for members to upload features turned off. I've double-checked both of these facts. So I logged out and checked and while logged out I do not see the template, as I shouldn't. I haven't gotten back for a blow by blow of how and what she saw but she said there was a template for uploading features, which I took to mean a template to upload features. Something is wrong here. |
