Yes, there are issues with iespell. However, mine is highlighting properly now with IE 8. I upgraded to IE 9, then uninstalled due to lack of highlighting.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: IESpell doesn't highlight the misspelled words in Vista in IE8 for me, works perfectly in XP on my Netbook.  I think it is a combination of things.
