IESpell doesn't highlight the misspelled words in Vista in IE8 for me, works perfectly in XP on my Netbook.  I think it is a combination of things.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Actually, I went back to IE 8 for ONE reason. The IESpell check program doesn't highlight the mis-spelled words in a message on IE9... a bummer.
