I think I have this new ReadAllNew for Sysops working fairly well now. However, it does seem slower when paging through the messages. I'll see if I can speed that up.

A major benefit of the code now, even if a tad slower, is users will no longer have to worry about the old high message counter system if they decide to click on the link to the home page while reading messages. I've hear a number of complaints about that.

However..... unless I can speed up the page load time I just may have to go back to the old high message counter system. It is noticibly slower.
