Nearly every page move is very quick for me; a second or three--I have a high speed cable connection.  But one type of page move is always slow.  From the Discussion Home page to list all messages in a single section takes a long time.  The busiest sections take up to thirty seconds, timed on a stop watch.  Don't know if this is normal and can't be avoided, so--for what it's worth.
