I like the "From" image, but I don't think the "To" image is necessary or even desirable. Makes the page look too busy. (For that matter, why show the "joined on" date? Is that useful or necessary information? Number of messages posted would be a good indication of activity.)

I don't like the idea of emailing images to the forum manager. That's a step that takes you out of the forum, and seems like (gasp!) work. And if you have an absentee manager, like Alex, he's not going to appreciate an inundation of emails. If you let the user upload an image that can be vetted by anyone with a Sysop flag before showing it, that would be more desirable, I think.
