An update is about to happen. There will be only a Sender image. Users AND managers will have the ability to upload a user image for messages, and to eliminate it.

If someone uploads an objectionable image the manager can just click on the user name to bring up the user profile, then click on a link to the Message Image. Once on the Message Image page an image can be uploaded, or a clicked link will remove the image.

Sender images are now showing in all forums when doing a ReadAllNew.

There is no dummy image. An image only shows if the user has uploaded an image.

This can be tweaked some more but this is where the feature is now.

Oooops -- your own, or any user's message image, can be set or removed by clicking on the linked user name when reading messages. This brings up the profile popup. At top right is a "Message Image" link. Clink on it to bring up a page where the message image can be added or deleted.

I'm still not sure if I like this or not.
