Question--if a leased forum chooses not to "show forum," will that site's vault images still appear under "master clip art?" I can control it, but any of those images are essentially out there for all the world to find. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You should not be deleting any images, unless you know for certain they are not embedded in a message or feature, or news, etc. Once an image is placed online and then users pop them into messages, deleting the source produces a server not found error every time someone views the page the image was on. Deleting images is SUPER BAD policy. For "normal" managers it is but if I say so myself, I'm really on top of these things. Most of the images I delete are one-time use from my home page, which of course only I have had access to. Occasionally I've deleted old vault images users haven't used for a year or more. Since those messages are rarely if ever accessed, I don't worry about an old message coming up with a red x instead of the vault image. Of course now that you've made vaults universally accessible, I won't be doing the latter anymore as we are now a "world" community.
