Section 7: Image Gallery Subject: Can't upload images Msg# 758510

When editing an image from the main image gallery area you can now set an image to gallery, vault, or article. Thus, if a user uploads something that should be in the vault, you can move it to the vault. All editing of vault and article images must be done from the small popup window accessed via the film can icon. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I tried to use the new admin area in MEF to upload a couple Christmas images in an editable area but the upload would not take. I'm not sure what the above means. Give me a step by step so I can try and reproduce. In the new admin area go to an editable area. Click on the film canister then add graphic. Follow the instructions to do so. When you click submit you return to the images pop-up but no new image has been uploaded. Alternately you can click the film canister, click article images--which is what I wanted--an article image, not a vault image (what we used to call feature images), then click add image and follow the instructions. This time when you click submit you get the following return in the pop-up: Page does not exist on this server. |
