Description: This spindle was made by the Cascade Spindle company in Washington state. It's their "Little Si" model. Besides being elegant to look at, it's an excellent spindle: rock steady, long-spinning, and smooth. The shaft is gently tapered so it's thinner at its lower end than up at the top, and it's very pleasant in the hand. :-)
