I think Harris deserves at least a nomination for "Best Actress" for her portrayal of a legitimate VP candidate when EVERYBODY knows she is running hard for President knowing Joe won't be in the job for long before he craps out or the 25th amendment catches up to him.
She lies about previous positions and statements with an ease borne of many, many years of practice. She is quite proud of her position on the Judiciary Committee, I guess she thinks people remember her fondly for the last Supreme Court Inquisition.....sorry, I meant hearings. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: What did you think of the debate last night? Robert Mike Pence was so smooth in his delivery and his style. Maybe even unmatched among his peers, in his polish. Pence also brought a wide command of facts. And pointed out some deeply cutting flaws against Biden. Here's a couple we applauded -- Pointing to the Biden failure in steps against swine flue where old Joe would have had millions of deaths if that virus had been as lethal. -- Also quoting one of Joe's close swine flu advisors admitting: they did just about every thing wrong. Pence delivered another blow against Biden, saying that guy's Covid plan is loaded with plagiarism, because it copies & duplicates so many of Trump's steps already accomplished. Only thing missing was the Robert Gates quote the Biden has "been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades." You recall that Gates was Secretary of Defense under Obama, so he's a guy right in the middle of all those issues. But seemed very little foreign policy came up -- except, of course China Covid & China trade issues. For voters who are looking at personalities, Pence gives a balance to the ticket, as he seems really different from Prez T, who likes to shake things up. Could call that a mover & shaker. And with a whole range of accomplishments. Recordbreaking !! Too many aspects in last night's debate to cover in one posting. What were some of your favorites?? Tom |
