You nailed it.  Another example of media spinning  -- making up some innocent sounding fiction.  Looting is stealing

Reminds me of Undocumented Workers,  when they are really Illegal Aliens. 

There's so much fakeness in the media these days.  So they hate it when a plain talk guy like Prez comes along, telling it like it is.  And he's so good at it, makes them even more determined, fanciful, fake & lying.
