Joe- that gave me a chuckle! Reagan had the benefit of Jimmy Carter! I’ve never heard anyone put it quite that way before!

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Clinton had the benefit of the dotcom boom. Obama had "benefit" of eight years and coming into office at an extreme low point.
