Warren Burger was a prejudicial jurist with no clue whatsoever when it came to the Constitution. Born in Minnesota and educated in a Minnesota law school, he was called a conservative--but that means very little. This mini-speech proves he was not, as there are a thousand judicial voices that contradict his words. Of course, leave it to Democrats to keep trying to ferret out nonsensical rubbish like this in order to prove something that is unprovable.
