For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I think it's fine as long as it's done on a 150 pound Rottweiler......NO anesthesia can be used, no leashes or collars. BTW, I'll make a sizeable donation to the ASPCA if I can watch the procedure.....in another room, behind bulletproof glass! |
