To paraphrase: the disproportionate decision to charge the J6 could not have contrasted more with the way prosecutors neglected to charge similar actions, riots and political disorders. While some deserved pardons or some commutations were warranted "it should have been done on a case by case basis". Speaking of "bad looks", they also criticize the removal of protection for Bolton and Pompeo who remain under threat from Iranian authorities and have prices on their heads for carrying out Trump's orders.
