Conservatives who believe in law and order may be pleased to see some election results from California. The new state proposition 36 has passed with a 71% vote that raises the criminal penalties for stealing and looting which previously went unprosecuted for stealing less than $950 worth of goods.
Recall that flawed practice was begun more than a decade ago when Kamala supported the lax law going into effect while she was a District Attorney in that state. Also the voters removed from office two soft on crime DA's, George Gascon of L.A. county who lost his seat to Republican challenger Nathan Hochman, and DA of Alameda County, Pamela Price, who was recalled from office. Such soft on crimes types of DA's and propositions have traditionally been supported by George Soros. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Another effect of the election being reported today is that Justice Department officials have been evaluating how to wind down the two federal criminal cases against Trump. What a significant way to end the dirty practice of lawfare that the Dems have been using. Headlines: DOJ Set to Drop Federal Cases Against Trump Before Inauguration Click Here DOJ moving to wind down Trump criminal cases before he takes office Click Here Barr says prosecutors should drop Trump cases: ‘Do the right thing’ Click Here Time to bury that lawfare practice, and for the Dems to clean up their act. No more flimsy, unique ways to weaponize the courts against political opponents, as we've been witnessing. |
