your very 1st response asked me to tell you what is fact for each item.
Give it a break Jim. I am done with your illogical and non-sequitur posts. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Here is the thread, Mark. Please point out to me where I asked you to prove anything. You cannot. It's simply not there. Please stop saying that. Mark wrote: Easy to note that this long diatribe cotains NOT ONE fact. It is 100% pure (and misinformed) opinion. Jim wrote: You have stated nothing. Mark: [First occurrence of the word "prove" in this thread was by you, Mark -JM] you stated nothing. Just a bunch of opinions, as I said not one simple fact, and now you want me to go back and prove what wasn't true. Before I start I think it is more appropriate for you to prove which of you assertions are true Jim: I didn’t assert anything. I posted a newspaper’s endorsement of a candidate. Your opinion was that that the endorsement is not true. You refused to tell me which of the thirteen questions were not true and what the truth would be. Then you asked me to prove that the newspaper’s questions are true. Why don’t you write a letter to the edito? Jim: I posted a newspaper's endorsement. You (and Mark M.) said the endorsement consisted of lies. I asked you both to point out the lies and tell me what the truths were associated with each lie. I didn't ask you to prove anything. You guys seem to think its up to me to prove that the content of the endorsement is true. Mark: I never stated anything was a lie . . . I stated everything you posted was an opinion. You posted NO facts, just quotes and headlines , [I posted what the newspaper wrote -JM] Mark: So Jim, I could post that Trump will be giving all Republicans over 65 a new Cadillac and then when you question the veracity of that statement I then ask you to prove me wrong. Jim: I posted a newspaper endorsement, not something I made up (ie. Trump giving Cadilacs - Apples and Oranges). You challenged me on what the newspaper wrote! It is not up to me to prove anything in that endorsement. If you disagree with it, then either state what was wrong with it, or challenge the newspaper. Don't ask me to prove what the newspaper wrote. Sheesh. Leaving another merry-go-round...
you posted a long a long, long list of people & publications making all kinds of complimentary comments about Harris. I never said anything about that list being "made up". I did NOT challenge anything the newspaper or others said. I merely said that everything you listed was opinion and that none of the comments (which appeared to be a cut & paste job from the internet) contained any facts. I never asked you to prove anything. It was you in fact that challenged me to prove that your list was wrong, which or course I never did. Jim: It was an endorsement of Kamala Harris from the Philadelphia Enquirer, a single source. Mark: It is pretty sad that you cannot tell the difference between a fact and an opinion. Endorsements are expressions of opinions. and I say again, I did not ask you to prove anything anything at all until you asked me to prove the opinion list wrong. My Reply: It's pretty sad that you cannot follow the thread and remember that I never asked you to prove anything. Not once. You, in fact, were the first to bring up the subject of proof. |
