Democrats do not listen to Trump to get information about Trump.
So now, Trump is the beacon of truth. Got it. I apologize it advance that the following is out of order, but it is what it is. Florida Hurricanes; Trump has claimed that the federal government is ignoring the storm’s victims, especially ones in Republican areas, and that the government is handing out only $750 in aid (in fact, the initial emergency payment for food and groceries is $750, but there are multiple grants available for home rebuilding up to a total of $42,500, the upper limit set by Congress). He has also claimed—falsely—that the Federal Emergency Management Agency is out of money to help because the administration spent all its money on Ukraine and undocumented immigrants. What do you think would happen to FEMA under Trump? What do you think would happen to NOAA under Trump? Trump secretly sent COVID test kits for the personal use of Putin, of Russia, an adversary to the United States when he was talking about Americans should be putting bleach in their blood and he would not allow a cruise ship dock in California because it would have made his numbers look bad. Trump suggested that the U.S. soldiers who sustained traumatic brain injuries (TBI) when Iran attacked an Iraqi base where they were stationed were not truly injured, but simply had “headaches.” Trump’s statement brought back to light a 2021 CBS report by Catherine Herridge and Michael Kaplan that found the injured soldiers had not been recognized with a Purple Heart, awarded to service members wounded or killed in the line of duty, despite qualifying for it. This slight meant they were denied the medical benefits that come with that military decoration. The soldiers told Herridge and Kaplan that they were pressured to downplay their injuries to avoid undercutting Trump’s attempt to keep the casualty numbers in that incident low. With the story back in the news, Kaplan posted that after the report, the Army awarded the soldiers the Purple Hearts they deserved. Donald Trump says it’s “very dangerous” for Kamala Harris voters to identify themselves because they’ll “get hurt.” Is that a threat?? Continued in next message... |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: This year's presidential campaign along with the discussions here about it should have taught everyone here one glaring truth. Democrats do not listen to Trump to get information about Trump. They listen to anti-Trump, left-wing TV news networks, read left wing newspapers, and let those sources fill their heads with complete and utter falsehoods--99% nonsense. On the other hand, they rarely have anything to say about Harris, because Harris never elaborates publicly with any details on her plans for her presidency. She simply pushes her peace-and-love, all-is-well message, and the Democrats eat it up. Thus the minute you ask a Democrat about Harris, said Democrat starts their reply with "Well, Trump said..." Or "well, Trump did..." Never "Harris will..." Conservatives say a lot about Trump because we listen to what he has to say. We may not love everything he says, but 1) he is a far cry better than the opposition, and more importantly, we have the experience of his previous four years as president to go by. Those were four years where almost everything in America was FAR better than the four years under Biden-Harris. (We call this a no-brainer.) But more importantly, conservatives cannot support Harris or Walz--not because she is a Democrat--but because WE actually listen to her (and Walz, too). UNLIKE the average Democrat, who clearly seem to never listen to Trump (or Vance), but only listen to what their left wing news providers say about them, we conservatives ACTUALLY LISTEN to Harris and Walz and the things they actually say. My point here is that you can rant all you want about a candidate about whom you know nothing more than what MSNBC lies to you about--or you could sit down and listen to that candidate's speeches themselves. While we conservatives could simply listen to Fox News or Newsmax, we KNOW there is no substitute for hearing what the other side's candidate actually has to say. And so we listen to the other side's candidate. That, by the way, is why we believe a Harris-Walz presidency would doom this country. |
