For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: This year's presidential campaign along with the discussions here about it should have taught everyone here one glaring truth. Democrats do not listen to Trump to get information about Trump. They listen to anti-Trump, left-wing TV news networks, read left wing newspapers, and let those sources fill their heads with complete and utter falsehoods--99% nonsense. On the other hand, they rarely have anything to say about Harris, because Harris never elaborates publicly with any details on her plans for her presidency. She simply pushes her peace-and-love, all-is-well message, and the Democrats eat it up. Thus the minute you ask a Democrat about Harris, said Democrat starts their reply with "Well, Trump said..." Or "well, Trump did..." Never "Harris will..." Conservatives say a lot about Trump because we listen to what he has to say. We may not love everything he says, but 1) he is a far cry better than the opposition, and more importantly, we have the experience of his previous four years as president to go by. Those were four years where almost everything in America was FAR better than the four years under Biden-Harris. (We call this a no-brainer.) But more importantly, conservatives cannot support Harris or Walz--not because she is a Democrat--but because WE actually listen to her (and Walz, too). UNLIKE the average Democrat, who clearly seem to never listen to Trump (or Vance), but only listen to what their left wing news providers say about them, we conservatives ACTUALLY LISTEN to Harris and Walz and the things they actually say. My point here is that you can rant all you want about a candidate about whom you know nothing more than what MSNBC lies to you about--or you could sit down and listen to that candidate's speeches themselves. While we conservatives could simply listen to Fox News or Newsmax, we KNOW there is no substitute for hearing what the other side's candidate actually has to say. And so we listen to the other side's candidate. That, by the way, is why we believe a Harris-Walz presidency would doom this country. |
