For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Sparrows Point is NOT BUILDING blades. Just storing them, like spare parts. Also that paragraph you quoted is saying they have POTENTIAL to STAGE AND DELIVER . . . BLADES My comments were always about NOT BUILDING fiberglass blades there, Just building steel towers there (monopoles) |
