There is no constitutional right to drive a car.
You're likely correct those court cases regarding EVS & power plants, etc are not based on the constitutional bill of rights. Yet the regulations from Biden's EPA are being contested in the courts. So I'll still be watching those court cases. Hoping for reasonable balance, and watching the elec. grid for reliable energy supply to meet demands. |
