Seems that neither solar nor EVs including Tesla are constitutional issues.  Yet Biden may be getting close to a constitutional violation of freedom to buy vehicles of your choice. Can anyone tell us where does the constitution allow a prez that power to mandate vehicle purchase behaviors?
