I realize that the EPAs requirement to reduce emissions 50% by 2032 would cause an increase in gasoline vehicle prices, and may in fact push them out of reach for many consumers. But that is not the same as Tom's inaccurate statement: "Yet Biden may be getting close to a constitutional violation of freedom to buy vehicles of your choice." It's sort of like saying that Biden is going to come after your gas stoves, outlaw cows, and on and on,

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Jim, as a practical matter if the emissions standards become super tough it is a defacto elimination of gas vehicles.
