You selectively ignored the main point of my quote and made it what you wanted to say, Here is the full quote:

I don't think anything has been proposed restricting anyone's freedom to purchase vehicles of choice. There will be millions of previously owned gassers for sale by those who purchase EVs.

The auto manufacturers may be restricted from making gassers, but people are not restricted from buying previously owned ones. You have written nothing that refutes the above statement. You just left part of it off.

Seems that Attorney Generals from 25 states are bringing legal cases against Biden's EPA restrictions, thus would differ with your statement

That's a major segment of the nation. Totally refutes your statement highlighted above.

And we all know how Musk has spent big bucks rebelling against govt censorship of social media. He bought out the X web business. Spent a fortune $44 billion, and halted govt censorship schemes. Thus he loves the first amendment among other constitutional principals. Kinda a given, goes without saying, Its so well known.
