Fani Willis has a very valid case against Trump and his co-conspirators. Please tell us how she neglected her duties.
When the situation of the classified documents arose, Trump refused to turn them over to the national archives, hid some in various places, asked employees shift them from one location to another to conceal them, etc. Biden and Pence immediately turned them over to authorities. I'm not saying it was right for any of these politicians to take classified documents with them when the left office, but Donald Trump claimed those documents were HIS, including very sensitive strategic military plans, including maps, which he flailed around in public for unsecured people to see. No one should take classified documents with them; from my experience, one who receives classified documents, reads them for whatever they are working on where they have a need to know, and they return the documents to the person who delivered them to be locked op in a secure safe. So, yes, Biden and Pence should not have had secure documents into their possession. I would give them some credit for cooperating. Trump denied, concealed, lied, directed employees to break the law by aiding him. He had those classified documents stored in a ballroom, bathroom, a storage locker, and who knows where. There is no comparison with how Biden and Pence handled it. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: so you don't think DA's should be removed from office for neglecting their duties ? and don't know of anyone who remembers Biden declassifying any of the documents he removed. |
