Fani Willis has a very valid case against Trump and his co-conspirators. Please tell us how she neglected her duties.
She doesn't. I truly cannot fathom how an intelligent person who has read the indictment--which have been shown on TV--can say Willis has a valid case against Trump and the others. I find this ludicrous. Indictments were brought for the flimsiest of reasons. Anyone can see that no laws were actually broken in the Georgia case. This is another sign that Democrats are continuing to try and defeat Trump at places other than the ballot box. Why? Fear, perhaps? Knowledge that their own candidate is a heartless, doddering old fool, and they have no one to take his place? Obviously I cannot read the minds of the DNC, but there must be a reason the Democrat machine continues to try to convict Trump, and to time his court dates, to prevent him from being reelected as President. I see this as dishonest electioneering at best. At worst...an attempt to end democracy in this country as we've known it for over 225 years. People are getting fed up. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Fani Willis has a very valid case against Trump and his co-conspirators. Please tell us how she neglected her duties. When the situation of the classified documents arose, Trump refused to turn them over to the national archives, hid some in various places, asked employees shift them from one location to another to conceal them, etc. Biden and Pence immediately turned them over to authorities. I'm not saying it was right for any of these politicians to take classified documents with them when the left office, but Donald Trump claimed those documents were HIS, including very sensitive strategic military plans, including maps, which he flailed around in public for unsecured people to see. No one should take classified documents with them; from my experience, one who receives classified documents, reads them for whatever they are working on where they have a need to know, and they return the documents to the person who delivered them to be locked op in a secure safe. So, yes, Biden and Pence should not have had secure documents into their possession. I would give them some credit for cooperating. Trump denied, concealed, lied, directed employees to break the law by aiding him. He had those classified documents stored in a ballroom, bathroom, a storage locker, and who knows where. There is no comparison with how Biden and Pence handled it. |
