For about a week all the icons I upload to the vaults appear with a black background, and the animated ones don't animate. Can you fix?

should be animated and white background

should have white background

should be animated & white background

ETC

They appear correctly when viewed elsewhere.

Some have been uploaded from my computer, some uploaded via URL from other websites, doesn't seem to matter.
