Messages to All can be read by anyone. Messages to a person can also be read by anyone. In short, every message posted is available to be read by the public, whether to All or to a person.
Think about it. If you started a discussion to All, and then people began replying, those replies woudl always be to a person. If messages addressed to a person were all private then there would be almost nothing public on the forum to read. The whole idea of forums is public discussion. The only exception are messages sent Private and those can only be sent to the manager, or to anyone if the manager allows private messages. Private messages are clearly marked as Private. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Oh you are SO right...NOT my goal! I was really wondering about the "all" vs the " barry Oehl" ...I get both, particularly replies to my posts and wanted to make sure everyone could read them, so thanks for that |
