| Sounds like he is using a monitor with low resolution, perhaps a laptop, and thus can't see everything at one time on the screen. Brings up a good point, however. I'm gonna look at the code and either prevent too may letters in the subject or show the red error messages at the top and also just under the Submit button. Thanks for the feedback. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: He was putting in the "subject" using too many letters and was then scrolling down to the message section and missed the red warning words. We had him start from scratch and when the submit button was depressed and the message didnt dissapear from the screen we had him scroll up and look for any words in red...sure enough...DUH!!! All is good and THANKS for the debt clock link...love it! PS. Dennis is sending out WCTP site info to 300 people as we speak! |
