I'm not sure what you mean. The new code makes all this totally transparent to users. They don't even know anything has changed. What you saw when I was testing is not the code now in place. Anyway, the important thing is the system now tracks 500 of the most recent posts for read or not read individually for each user, either in ReadAllNew or Reading new in section. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Once I went thru and read all new by sections then marked all read the 500 was no hassle--but I did see some repeats even reading all new per section, FWIW. Are members going to see 500? If not, what then? |
