Just a "for what it's worth," I don't care for the lack of a central admin area for everything.  Adjusting things at their own location would be fine but for one flaw--the home page resets HMN.  As I read messages I like to create new hot messages.  Previously I kept a second window open to the old admin area and I'd delete the oldest hot message each time I added a new hot message in order to keep the home page columns balanced.  (I don't know if it was Tony or you who drilled this into me a long time ago but keeping the columns balanced has alway been important to me). 

Now I can't delete the old one until next time I go to the home page.  I have to log off and see how the columns look, then log back on and delete however many hot messages in order to bring the columns back in line.
