For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: This is by design. Only users who have posted at least one message appear in the dropdown list. Reason? Too much bandwidth and page loading time to list many users who have never psoted a message and probably never will. The The total page load for the member list can be more than everything else on the page combined. How can a manager post a message to ANY member? Go To Admin and use the new List Users link. With each user is a link to "PostMsg." |
