Description: These are two pieces of thin wood being shaped into what will eventually become the rim of a spinning wheel. The curved pieces are the ones I'm working on. They've been captured in a loop of twine, which is closed with a toggle. The toggle lets me tighten the loop, bit by bit, to tighten the curve in the wood gradually. The straight piece of wood and the watering can are there simply to hold the curved pieces underwater.
