Well played.  It's sort of like when a reporter for a newspaper writes a 'tell all'... begs the question:  Why is he/she still employed?  I can understand the paper doesn't want to be sued, but most of the information contained in the book was probably gathered while he/she was on the 'clock' and, by definition, should be the property of the paper.
